Private hospital in Oman is looking for Physiotherapists Requirements Bachelor s Degree in Physiotherapy At least 2 years professional experience Salary 700 OMR 1500 Flight ticket Free Airline ticket from the point of hire to the site of the employment at the time of Joining will be provided Round trip air ticket (Economy) for the employee from Sultanate of Oman to the permanent place of residence annually Transport Free transportation to and from the employee accommodation and work site Accommodation can be provided deducted from the salary Employment contract will be for an unlimited period but with initial Commitment of two (2) years renewable for similar periods thereafter. Working hrs 45 hr week or 9 hrs day (in split shifts) Overtime usually it is not required. Still if overtime is necessary then overtime compensation may be either in the form of additional form off the work or additional wages equal to 1.25 to 2 times the employee s hourly rate of compensation based on their basic salary. Vacation The annual leave shall be of 23 working days of paid annual leave for every year of completed service. The employee should submit his her application for leave at least 2 (Two) months prior to its scheduled date. The company reserves the right to determine the date of start and end of the vacation considering the work requirements. Insurance Visa Medical fees licensing fees in the Sultanate of Oman will be paid by the company. Medical Accident Insurance coverage will be provided by the company. Probation period 3 months probation period as per Oman Labor Law Benefits insurance benefits such as Group Life insurance coverage Medical insurance coverage workmen compensation and medical malpractice insurance coverage as per the prevailing policies of the company. As a salaried employee a fixed overtime allowance is included in the pay package for any extended duty hours 2 Air fare (Economy Class) at the beginning of the contract from an Airport in the Country of Origin to the Sultanate of Oman Visa processing fees Medical examination expenses labor card charges and medical practice license fee The Company reserves the right to send the Employee on deputation transfer assignment to any of its branches or affiliates located anywhere in the Sultanate of Oman Other terms and conditions Contract period Leave Termination of service End of service benefits Gratuity Duties and responsibilities or any other clauses will be as per the employment contract approved by the Ministry of Manpower Oman Labor regulations and organizational policies. If the employee breaks terminate employment contract during the contract period.
